The information you share about your health status during the interview constitutes special personal data.
3. Processing Purposes
Data obtained during the telephone conversation; It is processed for the purposes of meeting your appointment and service requests, answering your questions, measuring and improving service quality, providing proof of the content of the conversation and the commitments made, managing the request and complaint processes and fulfilling our legal obligations.
4. Legal Reason
Your data may be processed based on legal reasons such as the establishment or execution of a contract, legitimate interest and fulfillment of legal obligations within the scope of KVKK Article 5; In terms of your health data, it is processed based on your explicit consent when necessary.
5. Storage Period
Call records and related data are kept for the period required by the purpose of processing and the statute of limitations and retention periods stipulated in the legislation; At the end of the period, it is deleted, destroyed or made anonymous.
6. Transfer
Your data can be shared with authorized public institutions and organizations, legal consultants and information technology service providers only when necessary and within the framework of KVKK Article 8 and Article 9.
7. Your Rights and Communication
